The Agegroup Multisport Podcast is a platform where Agegroup Multisport Athletes from around the world, share their Journey from Multisport beginner to Agegroup Athlete.
In telling their stories the athletes are providing valuable information and insights about their experiences, we can all learn from these, which will in turn help our own multisport adventure.

Her achievements speak for themselves:
🥉 2x European Championship Bronze Medallist
🏅 Countless Scottish Championship medals
But Toni's story is about much more than medals.
Over the years, she's faced injury setbacks, challenging club environments, and long periods of training alone. Through every obstacle, she kept showing up, adapting, and pushing forward. That perseverance has helped shape the athlete she is today.
Toni proves that success isn't always a straight line—it's built through determination, consistency, and the ability to keep going when things get tough.
